What a perfect home for our first home.  The first house we looked at, and it was by far the best one we saw.  Exactly what we wanted, little bit of land and a house big enough for my wife, two kids, dog and I.  A house that we will be in for a long time to come!

The VA process can be a little bit more paperwork, but worth every ounce of the extra paperwork.  Lisa Lofton, our VA agent was great with helping us through all the paperwork and transactions.  We were in California throughout the process, but she worked with our real estate agent to get all the paperwork done.  I bugged consistently throughout the escrow process, and she was always there to answer my questions and help me out when I needed it.  Would recommend her to anyone buying a house in Colorado.  THANK YOU LISA for everything!

Lisa was awesome!  She was always eager to help us in the process of buying our first home, even when I had dumb questions to ask her.
Would and have recommended her to anyone looking to buy a house in Colorado.  We could have not done it without Lisa.

Alberto was the best.

This is our second home, which will be our primary residence.   We are so happy to be in this new home.  It is so close to work that I get to spend more family time!  We bought in the area we always wanted to live in and we got a home that we always dreamed of.

Alberto was the best.  We had a very frustrating time in this new market with all the investors buying up homes with cash, it was difficult to deal with both agents and sellers.  Alberto was the only one that was honest with us.  We got into a bad situation where our agent represented us as well as the investor that was selling the home.  They continued to try and get more money out of us and continued to tell us untrue things about VMAC.  We stuck to our guns which was to believe Alberto was telling the truth and that we were in good hands.  When all said and done it turned out that Alberto was in fact the only one telling the truth and he patiently put up with all of the unprofessionalism that came at him.  We couldn’t of done this without him and we are so thankful for him.
