Our family is so thankful that we grab the chance…

We decided to go on with VA Mortgage Center.com due to our VA specialist Kody Gilbow. First time we spoke to him he had a good voice, polite and we understood whatever he was explaining. He talks so well and very accommodating with our calls, he answers our questions nice and easy. Being new in the USA (arrived April 01,2005), and English as my second language I dreaded speaking especially on the telephone because of my pronunciation, tone and my English words but with Kody I feel not intimidated. I am comfortable speaking out our inquiries and with my little difficulty in hearing through phone, with Kody’s loud enough and clear voice it was a relief.

Our VA specialist is very knowledgeable in all documents they require, they made it simple for my veteran husband to acquire. They made all our transaction fast and appropriate.
After the seller of the property accepts our offer price it took us only 36 days to wait and do the closing.
It was no hassle doing business with VA Mortgage Center. Com, we did it in our own comfort zone.
Now we are happy and proud owner of our very own house. As a first time home buyer we achieve one of our American dream which is having a permanent place called home. We accomplish our goal for this year because VA Mortgage made it possible for us.

I have never been so satisfied with an agency before.

The holidays are finally over and what a joy to have celebrated the New Year in our new home. I heard that VAMC was a great way to go if buying a new home. I was already a home owner in WA state and I wish I would have used this service the first time around. I recently came home from a deployment from Iraq. Upon returning home I had orders to move to KY and had to sell and buy a new home quickly to get my kids back to a normal settled feeling. I was so blessed to get someone like Wessal. From the first time I spoke with her I knew that I was going to be taken care of.

I explained to her how fast I needed to move and she had a realtor get in touch with me right away, who was also wonderful. I found the house that I wanted and started the paperwork, well unfortunately the house that I made an offer on became a short sale home after the offer was put forth. I was in the process of moving already and needed to close fast.

Wassel and Brad Firestone were excellent and I couldn’t have closed on my house before Christmas without them. Wassel was so patient and understanding to my needs and very persistent. She moved so quickly and I was able to move in on the 11th of December. I will definatly go through her the next time I buy a home. I have never been so satisfied with an agency before.
