This home refinancing experience truly upstages all others. Without leaving my AO, Mr. Jeff Grace arranged, Re-arranged and coordinated all of whatever needed to be done to help us acheive the refinancing of our home. at times I felt that I was “going to school” to learn this process. This has been not just a pleasant experience, also a memorable one. Thank you Mr. Grace. We are grateful.

My wife and I refinanced our current home loan with VA Mortgage Center and received outstanding customer service. We talked to several mortgage companies prior to dealing with VAMC to see not only who would offer the lowest rates but who was the most knowledgeable and easiest to talk to. Our Mortgage Representative, Patrick Cox, was outstanding! He was easy to talk to and always displayed a very enthusiastic and pleasant attitude. Patrick was great throughout the process and very patient with our thousand and one questions. I can’t thank you enough for your assistance. Not only did we get a lower interest rate and lower monthly payment we had a great experience. I will definitely recommend to all my friends VAMC, Patrick Cox, due to the outstanding care and follow-up we received.
