I am a Viet Nam vet….recently divorced and looking to get my parents out of the cold weather in Pa…the first place I thought about securing a loan for a new home was the VA. I did an online search and contacted the VA Mortgage Center…they took my information over the phone, did everything they could to help me and in a little over a month, I was in my new home and my elderly parents were out of the cold northern weather….. I don’t think I could have been treated any better, anywhere else…

They went the extra mile and faxed documents to me that I needed to secure a new truck too…

Thanks for the helping hand.

My wife and I have been married for 24 years and have two sons age 18 and 20. With college years coming up, money and bills were getting to be a problem, let alone the economy issues. We were trying to reduce our monthly payments through a refinance of our home. We called VA Mortgage Center.com and met with Ryan to have him lead us through the refinance process. The refinance has enabled us to financially breathe again and will make our lives much less complicated in our retirement years. This was the first time I had used any of my military benefits since serving 5 years in the Air Force back in the 70′s and 80′s. In today’s world of customer service VA Mortgage Center.com is head and shoulders ahead of it’s peer group. thanks for the helping hand.

Ryan was always very professional and was very in tune with the entire process from beginning to end. We always felt he was there to help us get our loan completed in a timely manner. I chose VA Mortgage Center.com due to the higher loan value and I trusted Ryan to get the process completed.
