I recently got out of the military and was looking to buy my first house as a civilian. I was expecting a “headache” of paperwork and spells of not hearing anything back like I had with buying a home without VAMC before. I was wrong. The staff was always quick to respond and made sure that I would have my house ready for my 3 children before Christmas (under 40 days!!). A feat the competition admittedly could not do. Not only did I get my dream house in just under 40 days, but I got a lower intrest rate than what I expected. Much needs to be said about the quality and pace for VAMC. Not only did they make my wife and I happy, but that extra money we saved made a memorable Christmas for the kids in their new home. Thanks for serving those who served.

I chose VAMC because just after speaking with them on the phone once, I knew they knew what they were doing. I called Wells Fargo and it was a constant circle of uncertainty and people on the phone. I spoke mainly to only one person throughout my home buying process when dealing with VAMC and even heard from him at normal intervals.

I am currently in the Active Service. We just moved into our first home in Fort Mitchell, Alabama. My wife and I love it and we have you guys to thank for helping us get into our new home. You guys worked as quickly as possible to get us into our brand new house. Thank you and I will always tell people to use VA MortgageCenter.com
