I cannot compliment on my experience with the VA Mortgage Center enough. So much so that even the sellers and agents of the house I purchased wished they were Veterans themselves to get the outstanding customer service that I received.
Will and I first spoke several months ago about a home loan before I was ready to commit, and I was just testing the waters. But, Will followed up with me at the perfect time when I had everything I needed in order to purchase my first home. Will sent me the packet I needed to complete overnight, and a week later I had a contract on the house I am moving into as we speak. I would like to Thank Will especially for his compassion during the gathering of information needed for the underwriters. Due to my own disabilities from serving two tours in OIF, I can get frustrated and confused easily. Will kept my mission of homeownership on track though, and was able to explain every step of the process in words I understood.
I feel that Will McCullah has upheld this Nations promise to its Veterans, this one especially.
