My family and I love our new home.

My family and I love our new home. Our kids finally have a yard with grass and dirt to play on.The process was long because the first Lender did not give us a loan because the house was a ” Fliped” house. Sid found us another lender and we had some bumps along the way with that lender also. I am thankful that VA Mortgage Center ( Sid Winters.) never gave up on us and were able help us achieve the American Dream, home ownership.

I appreciate that there is no required down-payment. My wife and I are furtunate enough to have good jobs, but we did not have the 20% down payment that some banks require. Thank you.

VA Mortgage Center ROCKS

I can not tell you how happy I am, as you all know this was quite an adventure. Having to deal with a short sale was difficult to say the least. You staff came through even with the obsticles that we had to deal with. VA Mortgage Center ROCKS, keep up the excellent work.

I’m a veteran and VAMC is a vet’s company. They will fight tooth and nail for the vet. Again I can not express how fortunate I was to have you on my side. Again many thanks and to the staff of VAMC have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. M J Curley
