Without VA Mortgage Center.com we may still be working on finding a loan

Our new home has lots of potential. Though it was a foreclosure needing a lot of remodeling, we are enjoying the quality time spent doing the work. My husband and I are both Active Duty Marines, married for 9 months now. We have a rugrat, she is 10 months.
We searched for a home and could not agree on any. When we found this one, we thought that it would be a great idea to start with it and mold it to fit both of our personalities.
We got in there on two weeks ago and the kitchen is already being reconstructed.
Without VA Mortgage Center.com we may still be working on finding a loan.
By the way, I am only 22 years old and I now have 2946 square feet of home! The Scott Family

Everything went seamlessly in the process

We got the house we were looking for and just in time for Christmas. We are so pleased and plan to have this home as our retirement home.

Everything went seamlessly in the process. Kody stayed on top of the issues and even called us and said we could close sooner than what we requested. It was a wonderful experience and I am glad we went the direction we went. The previous owner of the house was hesitant to accept our offer because we did not go with a local bank. But, I think the whole process would have taken longer had we. Drew Eckert
