This is our second home, which will be our primary residence.   We are so happy to be in this new home.  It is so close to work that I get to spend more family time!  We bought in the area we always wanted to live in and we got a home that we always dreamed of. Alberto was the best.  We had a very frustrating time in this new market with all the investors buying up homes with cash, it was difficult to deal with both agents and sellers.  Alberto was the only one that was honest with us.  We got into a bad situation where our agent represented us as well as the investor that was selling the home.  They continued to try and get more money out of us and continued to tell us untrue things about VMAC.  We stuck to our guns which was to believe Alberto was telling the truth and that we were in good hands.  When all said and done it turned out that Alberto was in fact the only one telling the truth and he patiently put up with all of the unprofessionalism that came at him.  We couldn't of done this without him and we are so thankful for him.
